Technical Coordinator (Architectural Submission)

Calling polytechnic diploma holders to apply for the position of Technical Coordinator (Architectural Submission) . You will assist with drafting and technical support to the project team and coordinate the statutory documentation process for our architectural projects.

• Work with Project Lead to provide solutions
• Ensures drawing production is on schedule
• Providing specifications and detailed drawings on architectural works
• Coordinate with external team members to resolve related problems and issues
• Identify and resolve technical and regulatory issues on drawings
• Ensure compliance to local standards and codes
• Prepare and update drawings and documentation in accordance with project milestones and regulatory requirements
• Maintain CAD standards in the drawings
