Technical Delivery Manager (Banking)

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with application teams, project teams, business users, operations, and external vendors to support project delivery and application activities.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Handle administrative and coordination tasks related to project/application support.
• Perform application monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue investigation.
• Work closely with technical and business teams in fast-paced banking project environments.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience as Technical Delivery Manager, IT Application Specialist, or Technical Support Engineer, preferably in Banking or Fintech industries.
• Hands-on experience in Internet Banking projects (web or mobile banking preferred).
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience handling Linux/Solaris environments.
