Technical Delivery Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to take ownership of complex technology initiatives, working across multiple stakeholders to drive delivery from planning to production. This role offers genuine end‑to‑end delivery ownership, with accountability from planning through to production within a complex banking technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex technology initiatives within core banking and payments
• Translate high‑level objectives into clear delivery plans and executable workstreams
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery constraints
• Work closely with business stakeholders, internal engineering teams, and external delivery partners
• Act as a key interface between technology teams and vendor partners
