The role 
As Technical Director, Rolling Stock you will provide technical leadership supporting the Head of Rolling Stock in creating plans to further develop technical excellence within the team. You will also be a key player in the development of the team and identifying growth opportunities within the rolling stock sector. 

You will:

Drive a culture of technical excellence 

Manage delivery of large, complex and strategic assignments 

Have a multi-disciplinary approach working with other sector leads
