Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility

The Technical Consultant is the technical reference for our customers and he is responsible for technical advising on NCR VOYIX products, collecting user requirements, functional specifications analysis, technical documentation, testing activities, software release and installation package, deeper problem determination and resolution. It’s a combined position of SME, QA, advanced support and BA for various NCR VOYIX product, with special focus on retail environments (stores, POS, backoffice, etc). This role is one of the highest technical roles within NCR VOYIX PS and requires a combination of qualities that will enable a successful candidate to work end‑to‑end to deliver projects, support customer needs and business and technical initiatives at the industry and with customers.
