Technical Lead Developer (1-Year Contract)

Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Lead / Lead Developer to support a large-scale Core Banking Transformation Program within the banking domain.
Key Responsibilities Lead development and integration initiatives across enterprise banking platforms Drive system design, API/microservices integration, and technical delivery Ensure engineering best practices across SDLC, code reviews, testing, and DevOps Collaborate with business, architecture, and engineering teams in Agile delivery environments Provide technical guidance and support to development teams
Requirements 8+ years of software engineering / technical leadership experience Strong banking or financial services background Experience in core banking integration or transformation programs Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Java, .NET, or similar technologies Familiar with APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and cloud/platform environments Good stakeholder communication and Agile delivery experience
