Technical Lead, Mobile Engineering – OneRail’s Technology Hub - Poland

Department: Technical Operations Reports to: Director of Engineering & Operations, Poland Location: Kraków, hybrid (2-3 days in office) Overview Technical Lead, Mobile Engineering is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for shaping and scaling OneRail’s mobile application ecosystem that powers real-time last mile orchestration, driver workflows, and enterprise delivery visibility.

This role exists to ensure our mobile solutions are reliable, performant, and resilient in real-world logistics environments where connectivity may fluctuate and operational precision is critical.

Responsibilities Own and evolve the architecture of OneRail’s mobile applications built in React Native with native iOS and Android integrations.
