Technical Lead

We are seeking a Technical Lead to lead and oversee a complex technical initiative supporting credit card and credit risk systems. This role requires deep hands-on technical expertise combined with strong leadership and the ability to guide senior-level developers and automation efforts.



The ideal candidate has experience leading mid-to-large-scale custom implementations, strong knowledge of IT architecture and SDLC, and proven success with test automation in credit risk or card environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of a complex technical project, overseeing a team of lead and senior developers


• Manage and coordinate all coding and automation activities on the project


• Structure and guide technical work for medium to high complexity systems
