Opportunity Description
The Technical Lead will provide hands‑on technical leadership during SIT and UAT, ensuring rapid resolution of defects, system stability, and close alignment between development and testing teams during a critical project phase.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the technical authority during SIT and UAT cycles
- Analyze and resolve complex functional, integration, and data defects
- Support defect root‑cause analysis and provide clear technical fixes
- Coordinate closely with QA, BA, and business stakeholders during triage
- Ensure code quality, configuration integrity, and deployment readiness
- Support UAT fixes, re‑testing cycles, and release sign‑offs
- Provide technical inputs to status reports, risk logs, and readiness assessments
