Our client has an opportunity available for a Technical Manager based in Pretoria.
Requirements:
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualification.
- 5 to 10 years Technical Facilities or Properties Management experience.
- Experience in producing reports, stats and proposals for clients.
- Budgeting and cost control experience.
- Familiarity with Building Management systems.
- Knowledge of electrical fittings and fixtures and the maintenance and repair thereof.
Responsibilities:
- Plan preventative maintenance.
- Perform preventative maintenance on building plants and equipment.
- Inspect building facilities to identify building maintenance needs.
- Conduct inspections of on-site contractors and procedures, ensuring they provide services per industry standards.
