Technical Manager / Senior Technical Manager

Overview

Senior Technical Manager (or Technical Manager, depending on experience) with a strong engineering or civils background to lead the technical delivery of high-quality residential developments. This role is central to shaping viable, buildable solutions from land acquisition through to site completion – ensuring our projects are technically sound, commercially efficient, and executed to the highest standards of design and compliance.

Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 DOE. Location: Surrey & South East. Industry: Reputable Housebuilder/ Residential Developer. Immediate interviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Coordination – Manage and direct technical consultants (civil, structural, and architectural) to produce robust working drawings and detailed design information.
