- Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure compliance with safety rules and procedures.
- Through dialogue with customers, identify NAND technology trends, customer needs, and high-value challenges; provide feedback to stakeholders, facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, lead development activities, and drive efforts to secure Process of Record (POR).
- Maximize organizational performance with limited resources by transferring technical knowledge and mentoring team members to strengthen overall capability.
- When issues cannot be resolved internally, promptly coordinate with stakeholders in hardware development, process engineering, and quality assurance, and manage the preparation and presentation of appropriate proposals to customers.
- Define process flows, develop new processes, and ensure successful transfer of new technologies to manufacturing.
