Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Production, QA, and R&D teams in day-to-day plant operations.
- Prepare and maintain technical documents such as product data sheets, COAs, SOPs, process flow charts, and regulatory submissions.
- Monitor key technical KPIs (yield, defects, shelf-life results, processing parameters).
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards such as GMP, HACCP, FSSC, and other applicable certifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology , Food Science , Industrial Engineering , or other related fields.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in a food manufacturing, processing, or quality assurance environment.
- Knowledge of GMP , HACCP , Food Safety Systems (FSSC/ISO) , and basic manufacturing processes.
