Responsibilities- Assist FM in carrying out inspections and routine maintenance activities under the M&E scope.
- Responsible for frontline response and operation, attending to complaints/faults, emergency standby.
- Execute scheduled maintenance as planned and carry out breakdown maintenance when fault is detected or reported.
- Hands‑on knowledge on BMS.
- Any other tasks, as and when required by the immediate superior.
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Higher NITEC in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Air‑conditioning / Building Services or its equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in M&E or ACMV.
- Experience in using AutoCAD and BIM software to read drawings.
- Able to multi‑task.
