Technical Product & QA Intern (Hybrid, Singapore)

NEXFT is an early-stage Singapore-based AI startup building “digital employee” solutions across three areas: AI HR, AI Customer Service, and AI Compliance. Our clients are in finance, manufacturing, data centers, and logistics — industries with heavy manual workflows and repetitive information processing, where AI can meaningfully reduce workload and human error.

You’ll work directly with the founders to make sure our AI products actually work in real client environments — not just in demos. Expect to test a new AI HR workflow in the morning, help deploy a compliance bot at a client site in the afternoon, and write up bugs before the day ends.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who likes seeing AI products go from “it works on my laptop” to “it’s running in a bank’s back office.”
