Technical Program Manager, Credit & Fraud AI Solutions

What's the opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and coordinate our portfolio of Credit and Fraud AI solutions. In this role, you will serve as the central point of coordination across research and development, engineering and production, business partners, and platform teams, ensuring our AI initiatives move from concept to deployment seamlessly and on schedule.

Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

• Own end‑to‑end program management for a portfolio of Credit and Fraud AI solutions
• Develop and maintain comprehensive roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively
• Manage project tracking, workflows, and reporting using Jira
• Ensure timely delivery against commitments while balancing scope, resources, and quality
