Technical Program Manager, Manufacturing Operations

Join our team as a Technical Program Manager within Manufacturing Operations, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting the execution of product changes into production. This position involves coordinating cross-functional work across Product Engineering, Supply Chain & Logistics, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless transitions from proposal through readiness and cut-in.

• BS in engineering or equivalent practical experience


• 6-8 years of experience in hardware program management or manufacturing operations (change control/NPI preferred)


• Proficiency with Jira (boards, filters, basic workflow hygiene)


• High-proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets


• Working knowledge of 3DX BOM navigation (parts/revs/effectivity, where-used, EBOM vs MBOM)


• Supply chain basics: lead times, on-hand/WIP/POs, alternates/subs, last-time-buy ...
