Technical Project Manager - Design

Era4 develops, owns and operates AI infrastructure across the UK, powered by renewable energy. Converting legacy industrial and energy sites into modern data‑centre facilities, Era4 is combining brownfield regeneration opportunities with cleaner, efficient, scalable compute capacity for healthcare, research, finance, enterprise, and public‑sector organisations.

We’re now looking for a Technical Project Manager (Design) where you’ll work directly with senior leadership, architects, and delivery teams to orchestrate the entire design phase of complex, high‑impact programmes. You’ll shape the processes, governance, and analytical frameworks that ensure design work is delivered with clarity, rigour, and pace.
