Technical Project Manager

Reporting to: Engineering and Programmes Director

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing key hardware and software/firmware engineering projects in order to deliver those projects to the customer to the agreed scope, on time, to quality and within budget in conjunction with the Engineering team. Project management responsibilities include, and may not be limited to, the leadership, coordination, proactive management, completion and delivery of assigned projects. Ideally from a defence or related background and understanding contemporary ground-based Surveillance Target Acquisition & Reconnaissance (STAR) technology and products as well as an understanding of current End User concepts, tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs), resulting in a sound understanding of the market intelligence and customer requirements to support bids & proposals.
