Technical Project Managers

Turner & Townsend are looking for experienced Hard FM and/or M&E Project Managers to join our Real Estate team. You will take responsibility for a number of diverse projects within the portfolio, taking them from inception through delivery to handover – covering all aspects of the project lifecycle. Projects typically range from £25k to £3M.

You will work in a multi‑stakeholder operational environment, often to challenging deadlines, in a dynamic team effort with clients and their operational teams.

Key Accountabilities

• Helping to establish overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters
• Identifying and ensuring that the appropriate line manager is aware of quality, safety, health, and environment issues
• Establishing effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilised throughout the project
• Project planning, including producing the detailed project plan
