Technical Recruitment Executive / Technical Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end technical recruitment
• Handle multiple IT and technical hiring requirements simultaneously
• Evaluate technical skills and cultural fit of candidates
• Maintain recruitment pipelines and ensure timely closures
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in technical/IT recruitment
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and hiring practices
• Hands‑on experience with full‑cycle recruitment
• Must be currently in the UAE and available for immediate joining
• Preference for female candidates
