Opportunity Description
Why do we need you?
- Develop and service the allocated territory and customer portfolio, e.g achieving territory budget targets and growth expectations
- Provide on-site technical advice on surface preparation, system selection, and application methods.
- Assist and drive specification of our systems based on client requirements with the influencers i.e. Architects, Engineers, QS, etc.
- Implement sales strategies for the territory and sales channels/segments
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and identify new needs and wants in the marketplace, while maintaining existing customers.
- The submission weekly reports (CRM) and CPD events to be done with the relevant professional teams on our product offerings.
- Manage customer expectations on lead times and product availability while
- Facilitate all customer product quality complaints and technical support service.
