Support external Sales team with technical knowledge of pumps and the various applicationsInterpret and understand tender specifications, provide product quotations and product recommendations to achieve the specification requirementsLiaise with factories globally for technical clarificationsProvide technical advice to customers and partners to assist with the preparation of their specificationsManage standard customer inquiries independently Provide all necessary information to the Order Management team to raise purchase orders to factories and support the order management teams completion of the customer ordersMaintain up-to-date product information and ensure that external Sales team has current knowledge of company product and solutionsRequirements:
