Technical Services Assistant

JOB OVERVIEW  This role will be responsible for working efficiently to meet fast turnaround timelines for project deliverables, assisting in space planning and design activities, maintaining accurate documentation and records related to technical projects, specifications, and estimating, as well as providing technical expertise and support to other departments as needed.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  Collaborate with the Technical Services team to support architectural space planning and design for international/local projects, together with cost estimating tasks.  2D presentation skills to communicate design concepts effectively.  Provide expertise in local and international estimates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.  Work efficiently to meet fast turnaround timelines for project deliverables.  Maintain accurate documentation and records related to technical projects an...
