Opportunity Description
- Provide pre-sales technical support and ensure compliance for PV projects across the region.
- Lead technical discussions with key accounts and strategic partners.
- Ensure timely and effective responses to customer and sales team inquiries.
- Manage customer feedback, defect and claim cases, perform failure analysis, and coordinate internal problem-solving efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional laboratories, institutes, and other industry partners.
- Represent Jinko Solar at industry events, workshops, and technical conferences.
- Conduct market and technology analyses to support Jinko Solar’s global technical and product strategy.
- Support company activities and initiatives across the SSA region.
- Assist the broader MEA technical team in related operational and strategic tasks.
