The Technical Skills Coordinator will focus on scoping, mapping and managing certification queries, inbox operations, reporting, and vendor coordination, contributing to the smooth execution of strategic technical training initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
Inbox & Query Management: Act as the first point of contact for technical training, skills and certification queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses and escalating complex issues as needed. Reporting & Data Coordination: Support monthly and ad hoc reporting cycles by gathering, validating, and presenting training and certification data using tools such as Excel, Kantata and Power BI. Certification Operations: Lead the scoping, coordination, and oversight of global certification programs, encompassing both vendor-led initiatives (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, CrowdStrike +) and internal frameworks.
