Technical Support Associate

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.

US Citizenship Required. 



Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electronic, mechanical, and automated manufacturing equipment. Lead or support installation and upgrade of new or existing production equipment. Develop and follow preventive maintenance procedures (including Lockout/Tagout). Use multimeters, current probes, schematics, and technical manuals to diagnose complex issues. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure factory equipment is safe, reliable, and efficient. Support layout planning, capital equipment procurement, and documentation updates. Participate in call-in and weekend work as required to support critical operations. Follow all OSHA and client safety protocols.
