Technical Support Associate

PGS Worldwide is seeking a Technical Support Associate in Richardson, TX for a one year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This hands-on role supports repair and maintenance operations within an optics manufacturing environment, helping keep production equipment running safely and efficiently across multiple factory areas. You will work closely with engineering, maintenance, quality, and operations teams to troubleshoot issues, support equipment upgrades, and help maintain production readiness in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Required Skills

• Associate degree in Electronics, Mechanical Technology, or a related technical field


• 5–8 years of hands-on equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
