As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide vital on-site and remote support, handling installations, calibrations, and training. Your expertise will allow you to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, manage service cases through Microsoft Dynamics, and collaborate across teams to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver on-site and remote technical services
• Provide expert support via phone, email, and web
• Manage service cases with documentation in Microsoft Dynamics
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Services teams
• Maintain knowledge base and service documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Proficiency in fiber optic handling techniques
