Job Description:
- To support and assist the technical service manager for workshops and documentation.
- Responsible for the NetSuite software, and inventory maintenance and follow standard procedures to elevate unresolved issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of workshop inventory of spare parts and consumables.
- In charge of requesting workshop needs like tools, consumables, and others.
- Perform the shipboard required documents for shipyard anchorage and dry‑docking repairs.
- To assist and prepare maintenance personnel for encoding work done service report / workshop.
- Will handle Netsuite software for requesting workshop needs and workshop inventory.
- Conducting the ToolBox meeting workshop
- Monitoring activity work schedule
