* Support customers remotely to troubleshoot and commission their pneumatic and process automation systems

* Identify and resolve technical issues related to product malfunction / wrong installation / wrong parameterization, etc

* Responsible for solving customers and internal technical inquiries

* Select the proper components for the customer's Factory and Process Automation application

* Use technical features and parameters based on catalogue information to solve technical enquiries
