Job Responsibilities
Provide application support to end users of our Marine ERP product mainly on Accounting Module and work on quick resolution issues.
Assist new clients through the implementation process and the configuration of the new environment.
Troubleshoot application and software related issues and determine the root cause for such issues.
Work on defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure that our clients receive the best service.
