Technical Support Manager (Engineer/Electrician)

Red seal certification or higher (Wireman's advantageous)

Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) / BEng Tech / BEng Electrical Engineering

Proficiency in solar design software

Minimum 3 years' experience in solar PV system design, installation and commissioning

Proven experience designing both residential and commercial solar systems

Experience with various inverter and battery brands

Proficient in remote monitoring and commissioning software

Strong understanding of solar PV components and electrical design principles

Skilled in fault finding and troubleshooting

Knowledgeable abut local electrical codes and industry regulations

Valid driver's license

Willingness to travel for site assessments
