Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Learn and master configuration procedures for each supported brand to ensure accurate and efficient setup and support
- Create Bill of Materials (BOM) based on client requirements
- Deliver technical training or product demonstrations to clients
- Provide Pre-Sales and After-Sales Technical Support
- Document technical support tickets
- Create technical reports, manuals, and system documentation
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Electronics Engineering, BS IT or related courses
- Licensed Electronics Engineer (ECE) is a plus
- At least 2 years experience in Pre-Sales and After-Sales Technical Support
- Experience in Network Systems, Software Configurations and Hardware Troubleshooting
- Strong interest in learning, problem-solving and communication skills
