What is the opportunity?At RBC GAM, you can become an integral part of a dynamic team that coordinates production support activities for Global Asset Management's Eagle Investment Accounting System and related subsystems to ensure the integrity of data. You will work with diverse team helping GAM business users in analyzing, coordinating with multiple subject matter experts to address issues.What will you do?Ensure that up-to-date Batch Playbook is maintained and documented for each program that is part of a scheduled production run.
Ensuring the documentation and tracking of all production issues.
Monitor the library to ensure that the proper generation of data files are available for production runs and tracks resolution.
Support batch processing and job scheduler for GAM portfolio of applications/ processes
