Technical Trainer

As a Technical Trainer based in Melbourne you will be responsible for delivering Curriculum training, New Model Training (NMT), and Performance Improvement training to Ford Technicians across our Dealership network. You will assist Dealers with Technical Training Plans for Technicians, help review technical training and course materials, provide in-depth instruction to technicians on Ford vehicle systems, and overall support the Technical Training program to meet training requirements and targets.

+ Deliver Technical Training, Curriculum training, New Model Training (NMT), and Performance Improvement training across Australia and NZ.
+ Deliver FRTFT courses in support of net Promoter Score (NPS) targets.
+ Review technical training materials and market relevant adjustments to retain a high quality of technical training course material.
