Technical Trainer within Aircraft Maintenance
Salary: Up to €70,000 DOE
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Working Hours: Day Shift

Syntech Recruitment are partnering with our client, a leading provider of Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services for commercial aircraft. They are seeking a focused and dynamic Technical Trainer within Aircraft Maintenance to drive their learning culture within a challenging, fast-paced, and highly regulated environment. This role is pivotal in designing and delivering technical training while ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering employee development.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a comprehensive annual technical training plan aligned with business needs and industry compliance. Conduct a thorough technical training needs analysis for the organisation. Plan and coordinate the approved training plan within agreed timelines.
