Technical Training Specialist (Heating Controls/HVAC)

As a Technical Training Specialist at Resideo, you will play a critical role in the success of our global training programmes delivered through the Resideo Academy brand. Acting as a key representative in the UK, you will help ensure our customers, partners, and internal teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.

This position is responsible for delivering technical product training across the Resideo portfolio. The focus will primarily be on heating products and hydronic systems, while also supporting training across broader HVAC applications, product solutions, and industry requirements.

You will deliver UK wide technical training across all touchpoints of the Resideo community, including technical installers, college apprentices, customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders. Using a blended learning approach, you will adapt your delivery style and methods to ensure content is engaging, relevant, and tailored to different audiences.
