Responsibilities- Responsible of termination & onboarding experience process for indirect Employees.
- Employee Relations in case of doubts and continue improvement of the processes with impact presentations.
- Internal Movements & International mobility.
- To assure all the hires, terminations, changes and transferences are requested on time and updated into the payroll & WD system on time.
- Training needs detection & annual actions plan
- Talent Review analysis & follow up of action plan
- Engineering recognize program
- Learning moments
