To carry out effective and efficient repair and maintenance of customer vehicles following the approved manufacturers repair techniques.

Responsibilities

• Collect job orders and necessary materials, tools, and equipment to carry out repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles in accordance with manufacturer repair techniques.
• Ensure accurate fault diagnosis and effective utilization of the time allocated for repairs. Report any delays in repairs due to parts unavailability or other reasons to the Team Leader.
• Ensure all additional repairs are authorized, and parts are booked to the repair order. For warranty repair/parts exchange, return the removed part to the parts department in the same carton to facilitate audit processes and obtain necessary credit if applicable. For retail jobs, keep the old parts inside the vehicle except batteries and parts that may stain the interior trim or carpet.
