TECHNICIAN, MAINTENANCE

SUMMARY

Assures building is in excellent operational conditions by following preventive maintenance instructions. Performs simple repairs to the building and equipment. Reports any need for maintenance and/or janitorial services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs as directed by the maintenance and security supervisor and the facilities technician sr.
• Supports the maintenance team following instructions of the facilities technician Sr.
• Provides cleaning support to building exterior; parking lot, sidewalks and gardening.

REQUIREMENTS

• Level of Formal Education:Some high school.
• Area of Study:
• Years of Experience:One to two years.
• Type of Experience:Experience in equipment repair and maintenance procedures
• Special Certifications or Technical Skills:
• Other/Preferred:General electrical, painting and plumbing knowledges
