Job Brief:

Provide on-site
technical support by installing, servicing, and repairing Konica
Minolta equipment, while troubleshooting issues and completing
accurate service documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform
  service, maintenance, and repair of
  Konica Minolta products efficiently and
  professionally
• Install and configure
  printers, drivers, and related
  software/applications
• Troubleshoot
  and resolve technical issues on
  machines and solutions provided
• Accurately
  complete and submit service reports and
  documentation on time
• Manage
  spare parts usage and returns in
  accordance with company procedures

  timely updates when attending service calls at customer
  sites
