The Technology Delivery Lead is accountable for enabling effective delivery of technology outcomes through Scrum‑based, hybrid agile teams operating across the UK and India. The role focuses on coordinating delivery across multiple teams, managing dependencies, and creating an environment where distributed teams can collaborate effectively and deliver predictable outcomes. This role plays a key part in aligning people, process, and delivery cadence, ensuring that communication remains clear and consistent across locations, time zones, and stakeholders.
