Come join our dynamic and talented GTS operations team in a hands-on technical role where you will provide first level support for FICO IT infrastructure.
What You’ll Contribute
Provide first level support for IT Infrastructure Incident Resolution & Incident Escalation.
Complete requests and perform scheduled tasks for technical systems located in multiple geographical regions from the dedicated local command center.
Use the breadth & depth of technical knowledge to solve complex problems.
Solve/escalate issues within agreed SLA/OLA.
