About The Role
Job Summary: The Lead (Field) Service Technician is responsible for installing, configuring, calibrating, and repairing technical products and systems at customer field locations. This role performs a variety of maintenance and technical support tasks and may provide onsite training to customer support personnel.
This job profile is intended for experienced support‑level staff that generally works autonomously and only requires closer supervision in non‑routine situations.
