Telecommunications Administrator

to manage and optimize our organization's communication infrastructure. This role is critical for ensuring seamless connectivity across our global operations.
Core Responsibilities
System Oversight:

Manage the day-to-day operations of VoIP systems, PBX, and mobile communication platforms.
Infrastructure Maintenance:

Coordinate the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of telecommunications hardware and software.
Vendor Relations:

Act as the primary point of contact for service providers to manage contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and technical support escalations.
User Support:
