Description

We are building a high-performance sales team in the Philippines to serve both existing clients and new prospects. You will handle inbound calls from current clients to upsell and grow their accounts, while also running outbound cold calling and warm calling campaigns to acquire new clients for our digital marketing products. High-value opportunities you identify will be handed off to our Phoenix, Arizona-based DMA (Digital Marketing Analyst) closing team.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries from clients sourced through the marketplace to sell them.
• Identify and present upsell and upgrade opportunities on every client interaction.
• Sell add-on services including SEO, listings ads, and add‑ons.
• Sell lead generation website packages to clients not yet on the product.
