Telematics Engineer (Field Based)

We are looking for a Telematics Engineer to provide continued support to our growing and established customer base within Southampton and the surrounding areas.

What will you be doing?

• Ensure Microlise product portfolio is fully integrated into our customers’ assets.
• Visit customer sites to install, service and provide ongoing support for our product suite.
• Conduct survey visits to identify suitable solutions.
• Perform QA (quality assurance) visits on Microlise products and peripherals in customer assets.
• Maintain inventory of tools and equipment.
• Keep your vehicle and all provided tools clean and safe.
• Liaise with customers at all levels.
• Provide support to peers and contractor resources when required.
• Ensure administration is concise, accurate and professional.
• Adhere to all internal processes and procedures.
• Report statistical information as needed.
