Requirements:
- Start Date: April 27th - 13 weeks contract
- Managed patients with CHF, COPD, sepsis, post-op complications, stroke, and cardiac conditions
- Performed assessments, developed care plans, and collaborated with interdisciplinary teams
- Administered IV drips, anticoagulants, and cardiac medications safely
- Monitored telemetry and managed equipment including IV pumps, PCA, and oxygen therapy
- Provided wound care, catheter care, NG tube management, and blood transfusions
- Educated patients/families on conditions, medications, and discharge planning
- Documented accurately in Epic EHR system
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE minimum of 18 mos recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- MUST HAVE 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments.
