Telephony Engineer: Zoom CC, IVR & AI Virtual Agents

Lancesoft Philippines is looking for a Contact Center Telephony & Virtual Agent Engineer to optimize our Zoom Contact Center platform and enhance call center operations. The role involves managing IVR/customer call flows, implementing virtual agent capabilities, and troubleshooting telephony issues.

The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in telephony engineering and a strong background in VoIP, SIP, IVR design, and call routing. You will be responsible for the operational enhancements and ensuring seamless call handling.
